A Fairy Princess Affair is a family-owned and operated business. Our mission is to bring joy and magic into the hearts of children and their families everyday. We offer a variety of handcrafted costumes specializing in princess and fairy princess apparel. We additionally take pride in offering party entertainment services for the special occasions in your child’s life, above all, birthdays. 

All of our costumes are handmade by Roanna Barkan who has been in the business of making crafts and costumes for over 30 years, and has enjoyed sewing her whole life. Our costumes are hand-dyed, so we can offer you the option to custom choose your child’s favorite colors, making the occasion even more special. We use only the highest quality non-toxic materials for you and your family’s safety. Our costumes are also cold water, hand washable and easy to care for.

Aimee Peterson and Vicki Liao started A Fairy Princess Affair, LLP, right here in beautiful Hawaii to make living in paradise an even more magical experience. They are both graduates of the Walter A. Haas School of Business, at the University of California at Berkeley. After working in Corporate America in San Francisco, California, they decided to move to Hawaii to take pleasure in living the aloha way of life.
